Custom order FAQ
Answers to help you enquire with confidence
A few practical details before we begin designing your arrangement.
How personalised can a custom order be?
Every piece is composed to brief. You can specify palette, scale, vessel style, fragrance preference, and the mood you want the arrangement to carry.
Who do you usually design for?
We work with refined households, boutique hotels, and restaurants that value exceptional botanicals, reliable service, and discreet presentation.
What lead time do you recommend?
For premium sourcing, we suggest 5–10 days where possible. For larger installations or event work, earlier notice allows us to secure rarer stems with confidence.
Do you offer recurring florals for homes or venues?
Yes. We provide scheduled weekly or fortnightly floral placements, each one refreshed to suit your interiors, season, and service rhythm.
Which areas in Australia do you service?
We serve select metropolitan and coastal locations across Australia, with delivery feasibility confirmed during enquiry to protect freshness and presentation standards.
